I think that minimum ages are optional at bars. Most clubs will require that you be 21, however most casual establishments may be more lax.

Many bars have a 21 and up rule to just walk through the door. If the bar does not have that rule, it's typically 18 and up or accompanied by a parent/gaurdian.

I agree with the first answerer, I believe it's optional.

If there are poker machines in the establishment you have to be 21 to enter if your with an adult but underage to drink it's up to the owners. I have seen kids sitting on the bar in some places as young as 1 year.

Most likey 21, unless the bar serves food then maybe 18

Depends on the place and what time it is. During the day if it's obvious that you're there for food or something besides heavy drinking, they might not check ages, but in the evenings (especially weekends) they are more likely to.

21, unless it sells food then everyone under 18 goes home at 9:00 and 18-20 can hang out where alcohol is not served.
