They don't have paint made for tiles but primers that u can use to stick on to tiles. After that whichever finish u want it is ur choice,flat or different sheen levels. One prime that will stick to tiles is XIM PRIMER, then u can pretty much go with any finish. If it is somewhere heavy traffic is then use floor paint on top of the primer.

You can buy flooring paint at any good paint store. It's not like regular paint as it will expand and contract with the temp of the floor and it's great stuff. Comes in latex or oil base and any color you want.
