I went to put milk in my cerael and the milk was clumpy! I did'nt eat it of course but it was CLUMPY!

It was probably expired. Throw it out.

It was sour, silly. It's hot outside so it won't last as long - sometimes it'll go bad even before the expiration date on the carton. You can't leave it out at all this time of year.
Oh, and it won't kill you to drink it now, it's just gross, not poisonous. It makes insanely good pancakes when it's sour - it's like buttermilk now.

It was too warm for too long. Something started growing in it. Check your refrigerator temperature.
