Indeed green card holders do qualify for Social Security payments. Unlike a lot of answers on YA, I am not guessing on this. My wife has been a legal with a green card for around 40 years, she worked and paid FICA for 36 years, and now that she is old enough each month she receives her Social Security check by direct deposit.
If you are not here legally, that is, you overstayed your visa, being married and having kids does not grant you legal status. This is important enough that you need to see a good immigration attorney, don't put it off.

Are you legally here?
If not, your only social security benefits are if your husband dies, then you should get surviver benefits off of what he earned.
Other than that, no. While some illegal immigrants pay money into social security they never get back, as a class their children take much more money in education services and their families use more funds in health and other services. It is a huge net loss to the country, over all.
Get legal, if your husband has a green card and your children are citizens. After that you won't be working illegally and your social security payments will start to count.

You should already have a green card for refugees, especially if your husband's here legally. You are in the right positiion to request permanent status in the USA. Go to the Social Security Administration and find out!

If the US has a reciprocal agreement with your home country and you meet the requirements then there is a possibility. Contact the Social Security Office and ask them. They will be able to give you the correct information.

Your children are US citizens and therefore would have a right to social security if they paid into it. I do not think that your husband or you qualify for social security. Therefore you could not benefit from it.
