A man is about to turn 21 and his mother tells him about an old family tradition. She says "On the day that father and grandfather turned 21 they walked across the lake to the saloon and bought their first beer."
Amazed by that, the birthday boy decided he too would walk across the lake for his first beer. He walked out into the water and almost drowned. After pulling himself out of the lake, he went to his mother and said "I thought you said that on my 21st birthday that I would be able to walk across the water like my father and grandfather!"
To this she said " You IDIOT! Your father and grandfather were born in January, you were born in July!"

Without the use of technology or the gift of God, then no. We have a different density to water, so we can't walk on it.

if you attain perfect balance and have a wide step. however this has been theoretical for thousands of years thie guy named jesus supposably did it but my theory on taht is he handed every one acid and than decided to go for a walk in the shallow water.
