I know its very hard to get over that. First of all be certain that you know you can be sad for short term think that in mind. Then keep your self busy with other works.Try to be nice with other people, may be you can find good guy of your choice.
Everyday is not same.Life is like that, sometimes you are happy some times you are sad.So don't feel like too much sad.Because it would serve no purpose.Life is working in the present, thinking about the future, No looking back.If you look back you would get emotional, i mean the time you spent both happier or sad.So be brave to face the challenge. You have a long way to go in this life.
NO ONE CAN DEFEAT YOU UNTIL AND UNLESS YOU THINK YOU ARE DEFEATED.
Hope you feel better now.

A broken heart is the hardest thing to get rid of. It takes a lot of time and it can be a hard process that you may find yourself lingering on for a while. The best thing to do is to find other stuff to occupy your time and also start to mingle. If you meet new friends that take up some of your time then it can keep your mind off of the situation. I know that it is always easier said than done but just stay focused and stick to your plan, don't get back involved with the heart breaker at all. That means don't call him, talk to him, or be in the same area as him because that will make it easier. GOOD LUCK and Sorry to hear the bad news.

Keep ur self busy, go out to the club where u willl meet more poeple and "guys!" If someone catches ur attention, u will catch urself thinking about him alot the next day, which will leave barely any room to think of that other LOSER. Take some time to fix urself up, look extra hot, concentrate in your looks, totally boosts up ur confidence, U GO GIRL!

Time, space and keeping so busy that you don't have time to fall apart. Set a time in the day or night when you can grieve and get it out, try not to let it consume you. Remember, one door opens when one is closed, love will find you again, I promise!

Lots of time. Go out and be with people, stay busy to take your mind off of things. After a while you feel better and better,
Soon you'll wonder what you saw in the guy, or in my case, girl.

You go over everything in your head what he has said what he has done and you connot stop thinking of him.
But then you pick yourself up and you move on and look for someone better some one who won't break your heart and then you move on and learn from it
