This would explain why she claimed "god" got her pregnant (which is 100% not possible unless god is human) since she didn't know who really got her pregnant.

NOTE: Christians, yes, I know you'll condemn me to hell.. YAY!

Demigods -- half deity and half mortal -- were very popular in Greek and Roman religions of that time. The messiah was supposed to be a human being, not a half god, but when Paul took his version of "Christianity" to Greece and Rome decades after the death of Jesus, there were additions to the original texts, including the divinity of Jesus, feats of magic, literal resurrection, a shift of focus from Yahweh to Jesus, hell as a place of eternal punishment (like the Greek Hades) and so on.

The "virgin birth" as a messianic prophecy was a deliberate mistranslation of Jewish scripture. The Hebrew word for "virgin" was not used in these so-called prophecies, although they were later translated that way by Christians to fit the Jesus myth.

The virgin birth is a myth, of course. Jesus had a father, not god, or the holy ghost, or joseph, since the bible clearly called him the son of mary, never the son of joseph. In those times illegitimate sons were called son of their mother since their fathers were unknown or unacceptable. So the virgin birth myth was invented to cover up the fact that jesus was an illegitmate kid of a roman soldier or some other man, but definitely not joseph. He only married mary to protect her (what love!) and to give jesus a socially acceptable father. Mary was a victim or rape or incest or a non-consensual intercourse.

Wow, what a unique idea, did you think of that yourself? 2,000 years and no one thought of that, pretty cool. If you would stop the think for a second, you might get the real idea. Nobody believes Mary just because she said so, they believe her because of what Jesus turned out to be. If she had made the claim that she was pregnant by the holy spirit, then the child turned out to be a serial killer or a nobody, no one would believe her. However, her child turned water into wine, walked on water and defeated death. Does that lend a little credibility to her story? I think so.
P.S. No one can condemn you to hell but God.

The medical records at Bethlehem Community Hospital clearly confirm the intact hymen. Why won't you athiests believe the paperwork? Are you saying a one-armed man may have switched the lab results or something? Jeez.

Heh, you need to realize that when you make up a story, you can say any crazy thing you want.

I know a guy who was born with a glowing third eyeball that sang showtunes! Disprove that!

No, but the other Mary was... Either way, forgiven when asked.

What's your point? To offend in general or to offend to make you seem like the town simpleton?

Just ask babe... Don't be jealous, you're forgiven too.

"Jesus loves you, everyone else thinks your a tool!"

I don't think Christians will condemn you to hell, you are doing a pretty good job of it yourself.
