a bean for breakfast, a pea for dinner and dry powdered slimfast for tea.
snaks can be made up of pieces of dead skin and tonenail clippings.
stick to this for 3 weeks and if you didn't lose weight then there is something wrong.
and if this dosent suit you, i heard a week or 2 lost in the alps is good too.

Hi , There are ways to lose weight fast but you must not over do it and need to combine gentle exercise with it too even if it belly dancing or any dancing . You need to burn away some extra calories and re tone and re shape the body when you are losing wieght . Very often we can look over weight because we are out of tone too . Start with a new diet of fruit and veg juices , salads and soups homemade only .Research your fruits and veg to get the ones that rid the body of toxins and extra water like celery , carrots , apples etc . cabbage soups are briliant for fast weight loss, any salads are good , no alcohol ,no cakes, no bread, no dairy . I lost about thirty pounds in less than two months on The Movie Star Diet, by Steve Simmons. The new version won't be out for a couple of weeks, from what I can tell on their website, but it's definitely worth it in my humble opinion. It covers the gamut from nutrition and exercise and they are even selling a workout book now, so I might pick that up, too. It's a really different kind of diet than anything else I've tried, and I've tried a LOT.

the best and the healthiest way to lose weight is to cut out high fat and high carb foods for a bit. drink at least 2 litres of water a day (you will go to the toilet about 10 times a day though) ive lost 3 stone since the end of june. i have exercised alot too. was 15 and 1/2 stone now im 12 1/2. feel and look great too! oh and dont eat to late at night!!!

Here is what you need to do, if you are serious about losing weight and keeping it off. Eat 6 small meals a day about every 4 hours. Here what that will do for you, your metabolism will increase (i.e. Loose weight) and you will have more engry. If you go on a diet and eat less, your metabolism will slow down and store to fat. That is why diets dont work. Only the size of your fist, carbs (examples:baked potato, pasta, oatmeal, beans, corn, melon, apples, fat free yogurt, whole wheat breads)in one and protien (examples:chicken breast, swordfish, shrimp, turkey breast) in the other. You can also eat vegetables and salads with any meal, they dont have none or little fat). 30min cardo exercise every day. Any of these(examples: walking, jogging, swimming,running, biking, ect), Monday cardo, tues upper body (arms: curls, tricep extensions,pull ups, front press)(abdominals: leg pull crunch, leg raises), (chest: bench press, butterfly, pullover)(shoulders: front press, arm pullover, cross county skier machine)(back:seated row, lat pull downs, back extension)(YOU DONT HAVE TO DO IN ONE DAY, mix it up) wed cardo, thurs lower body (legs: leg pull,leg press, squats, lounges) fri cardo, sat upper. Sunday eat anything you want and dont exercising, you do this on sunday so your body doesnt go into starvation mode. YOU NEED TO TAKE SUNDAY OFF. If you stilck with this you will have a great body. also drink aleast 8oz of water daily! Stay away from Mcdonals, Wendys, ect because there is nothing good for you on the menu's even the salads are bad (beaon bits, cheeze, dressing, ect) Good Luck :)

well, I was going on 16 stone, but did not look like a big fat blotter, just looked like a german shot putter!
I was weighty around my gut, thoughs and back.
Eat plenty of fibre rich foods such as jacket potatoes and I have been veggie (well peskatarian: a person that only eats fish and no other meats) for 2 years. So I mainly eat oily fish and they say the omega 3 and 6 helps you to use weight as they are good fats and good for the heart and joints.
I walked for an hour every day for 5 days, when I was hungry I snacked on cereals.
I would sometimes eat dried fruits instead of sweets.
Walking is a good form of exercise as you will keep it up longer and it gets the fat of your gut, especially if you walk briskly.
I have lost 3 stone, in 3 months. I dont crave sugary foods or fatty foods any more, if was to eat anything greasy I would feel sick as I have made my body reject it.
I am not saying that you must not eat anything fatty, as the body needs fat to make to internal organs to work, when you do exercise, if you eat anything that is rich in calories, it will burn off quicker instead of storing as fat.
its positive reinforcement: if you wean yourself of fat, you will eventually be put off by it as it will do the body no good.

Good carbs like celery and carrots will never make you fat. Bad carbs like cake will, but you don't need to know the whole science of glycemic index and load. It is mostly NOT your fault, if you need to lose weight. The way we have been taught to eat is responsible for making obesity the number one health problem in the world (according to Atlantic Monthly magazine) replacing hunger and infectious disease. You need to re-learn how to eat so you can become thin. Not a diet, but diet lifestyle.
Find out about fastest way to lose weight, gradual ways to lose weight, most effective exercise, good and bad carbs and anti-water. Lose bodyfat and retained water which also makes you a lot fatter (bloated). Links page has gov. BMI calculater to find out just how much overweight you are. its not a good idea... too lose weight to fast.... you can get very ill doing this... exersise is the best thing and watch what you eat .. many people have gone for the Atkins diet ( All meat ) and it can work if you like very bad breath..!
Also a cabbage only diet works well but this time its very stong ....er..... farts..! ( :() ....
The first thing to do is see a GP and get a Full check-up.
