Hmmm.. I ran for about 5 miles this morning, so about 600 calories there, my smoothie I always make, about 150 calories, and a homemade bagel with peanut butter and jam, about 250 calories.
BTW, one gram of fat DOES NOT contain 3500 calories! It's one pound that equals 3500 calories.. if one gram of fat did contain 3500 calories, then EVERYTHING would be well over 10,000 calories.
