Milk or yogurt (unsweetened), a boiled egg, a fresh fruit or better yet, two. This way, you have protein, minerals, vitamins, and fiber. Keep in mind, donuts are so unhealthy, totally devoid of nutrition and loaded with sugar and fat.

Doughnuts would practically negate any healthy side of breakfast, but I'd go with fruit and juice.

Toss the dougnuts and go with fresh fruit; doughnuts aren't healthy.

You've definitely got the carbohydrates. Maybe some scrambled eggs for protein and some juice or strawberries for fruit?
