Hello Charles,

I have been looking at your previous posts of questions, and i have noticed you have been very stressed out and you probably aren't eating properly.

If you are stressed out, i mean always and you aren't eating properly, you will be very weak and not to forget about psychosymatic which after reading a few symptoms people start to develop them as a result of reading them.

If you have been having this for like 2 days, i would recommend you taking a serious time out. Relax, i know what you are thinking it is impossible to have a time out in your condition, try eating some food. I am also aware that in your case since you worry 24/7...eating wouldn't even come to your mind.

Here are a few suggestions

Drinking four (4) glasses of milk per day
Yoghurt
Supplement, which could be calcium to help promote strong bones and also Omega Oils with 1000mg
Try to have at least 8-9 hours of sleep.

How do you know you have weakness in your bone and muscle? Are your bones and muscles really that weak that you can't lift anything or do any extreneous activity? Or are you just feeling weak becuase you're tired or stressed out?

If your bones are really weak, then you must increase your calcium intake. Try to eat foods which are rich in calcium like dairy products. Go see your physician as well to have a check-up. Now, if you're just stressed out, a good night's sleep is all that you need. =)

could be lots of things, it sounds serious I would be calling a physician a.s.a.p. the longer you wait the more damage you can be doing by putting it off. It could be many things. If your physician can't find anything wrong ask to be referred to a neurologist.
