on right wrist out side in the line of little finger lower (Palmer) position you have problem NO it is not lump, it may be callosities I think you frequently work on computer the side is more prone for friction.Definitely it would be slightly hyper pigmented.
IT IS NOT A SITE OF GANGLION.A
IT IS ON BONY SITE IT CAN NOT BE A LIPOMA WHICH IS ASYMPTOMATIC AND A FATTY TUMOR. TRY YO KEEP WRIST UP DURING THESE ACTIVITY FOR 3 WEEKS AND USE MOISTURIZER OR MILD STEROID LIKE HYDRO CORTISONE.

I HAD THIS. I bought a thick spongy mouse mat and wore a sweat band when writing. It has now completely gone. There is no need to be concerned, but it will get worse if you do not change what you are doing.
All the best.

You have a ganglion, if it becomes a problem get it removed, i had one on my hand it got very painfull so i had it surgically removed, the surgeon said once removed the chances of it coming back is high, also i was told by my GP was to hit it with a heavy book but i would NOT recommend that.

Funny you should mention that - I had one as well (except it was on my Left hand). Didn't hurt, so I didn't do anything about it. A soft lump is fluid. Give it a week, then if it's still just as big or changes color, shape, size, get it looked at.

Try a wrist pad when suing the mouse. It's probably the constant movement.

You are obviously concerned that's why you have asked the Q. According to what you have written it seems as if it is, a ganglion but to reassure yourself why not pay a visit to the Doctors - that is what I did.

It could be a lipoma which is just a fatty deposit. You could go to your doctor and find out for sure. All they have to do is look at it or touch it to know in most cases.
