What a dumb question. First what size? 1 inch or your entire back. Are you have just black or multiple colors. What area to you live in and what type of parlor are you using? A dirty corner shop vs a high tech parlor makes a difference to. Obviously you can get the answer by going to the tattoo parlor where you plan on doing this.

it really depends on the size, how difficult it looks, and the colors used. you should go to a few places with a picture of what you want and ask for an estimate.

it depends how big it is, and how long it takes. most places i've been to charge by the hour. $60 for the first hour, so if you get a small one, its not that pricey at all.
