if she is holding herself and say hurt you need to take her to the doctor and see if she's been messed with.don't let her go through that abuse if it's happening, it will scar her for life.and yes you can still get child support and he not see her. c/s and visitation are 2 seperate things.

You can get support without the child seeing the father but it is VERY hard to do! You have to have proof that he is hurting her and the younger she is the harder it is. Trust me a court can and will make the child see the other parent if they think it's ok. You can't just go into court and say "the child says this and that" you have to back it up with proof. It would be much easier for u to ask for supervised meetings.

Maybe. You need to talk with an attorney or child support agency. Not enough info posted to really say for sure. Generally, if the guy isn't a danger to her, he has every right to see her though. And the child has a right to support money from him. Best suggestion I can make is what was already said, talk to an attorney or child support agency and give them all the facts.

Turn that in to the lawyer, there may be more going on that you have no idea about. Take her to counsiling and see if they can get anywhere with her, if she will tell them anything about how he hurts her. If there is something going on he will still have to pay you child support or maybe he will have to have supervised visitations with her.

Yes you can get child support with no visitation, but I'm sure you'd have to explain why... I dont think any court would MAKE a child be with a parent they are unhappy with

ur sentences r not that clear.. what do u mean she says hurt? is he hurting her? is he touching her? does he hit her? is she old enough to tell u why she cries when he comes around? why didn't he wash her?
what u need to do is go to court and file for full custody of ur child.. then u need to go to court for child support, then u need to take him to court and let them know he is an unfit parent.. let them know that if u have to let him see her u'd prefer it be supervised because u think he puts her in harms way.. and let them know how ur child reacts when she sees daddy.. u need to take her to the doctor to-to make sure there's no funny business going on...
but if u can, keep him away from her until u go to court....

You can get child support and deny him visitation if he is unfit. It sounds as if he is. You need to call your local child support office.

maybe you should do supervised visits until you feel sae leaving them alone and yeah, if you report him, you should be able to get child support. i really think she should at least have the opportunity to know her father.
