Your sentence, while odd, is grammatically correct. The previous answer (by Jurgen) is wrong, he's out to lunch. Superrix is also wrong, there is NO double negative in that sentence, just the one negative "not".

It's technically fine. The only thing you should change is to say "unluckiest" instead of "least lucky".

P.S The word "earth" does not need a capital "E" as one person suggested - the English don't capitalise nouns!
And "least" is not classed as a negative so your sentence as it stands does not have a double negative at all, as some have suggested.

Yes, it's grammatically correct, except for the fact that the "e" in "Earth" should actually be capitalized. You could have also worded it "I am not the unluckiest person on Earth.". That would be the most common way of saying the same basic thing, but in slightly different words.

Technically, no, you have a double negative, but you can totally use it, there really isn't any other way to say you are not the least lucky person on earth.

I think it would be..

I am not the unluckiest person on the earth.

I think that not & least make this sentence a double negative, which would not be correct.

Grammatically your sentence is incorrect

the word least lucky itself is incorrect because lucky is already the least or base level,if it is more-luckier and most-luckiest .

this is a better sentence...

I am lucky.

or...
He has the worst luck on Earth.
