I don't exactly do too much exercise (I'm thin as a reed), but I like to do a lot of walking so usually where ever I have to make a stop for the day or an errand to run I walk to get there. Its good exercise and I feel pretty good afterwards.

Walking everyday is very good if you cannot get to a gym or workout on your own. Cleaning and moving around is also good, also other things like walking in the park with your kids, or just with friends or other family, ice skating, roller blading, etc. If I go to the gym I like doing half cardio and half weights everyday, but that's only if I have two hours to spare, some people like to alternate cardio and weight days.

I do a 15-20minute stretch before breakfast, before dinner and after I eat my usual night snack. Also, I usually ride my bike for 10-15minutes after I eat lunch. Hmm...what else? Ah yes, when i'm watching a movie or show I usually walk around in my room or dance a bit.

Today is a rest day, tomorrow will be calisthenics for 30 minutes followed by a 6-mile run, or longer depending on how I feel... then another run day followed by a day off, then calisthenics on Friday followed by another long run, although the schedule varies.

I get up, take a shower, walk to my car, drive to work. Drive home, get out of the car and go back inside my house. I have two flights of stairs in my house, and sometimes I park my car 30 feet or so from my office.
