What do for a work out if at all?

How many kicks a day? How many punches? How often do you drill techniques?

More than an hour? 30 minutes? 10 minutes? None?

my schedule goes like this.

warm up/work out (about 15 to 25 minutes)
30 of a punch
30 of a kick
30 of another punch
30 of another kick
shower

i do around 500-1000 kicks, and 1500-200 punches. I do 100-150 drill techniques and up to 6 hours of training max. by training i mean continuosly working out or hittign a punchign bag or running. Training is hwo you make yourself better and stronger learning techniques is ok but perfecting technique is what you should strive for, or at least thats what i do. hope i helped.

100 kicks per leg, 100 punches and then do mounting drills with a 40 pound punching bag.

I don't know, I don't do karate. My guess is a 1/2 hour, but don't quote me on that.
