all pops, sports drinks, and non-natural juice drinks are bad for your teeth. the sugar, obviously, and the acid in the pops (diet or regular) is very strong, strong enough to clean a car battery.

They are all pretty bad for your teeth. Mountain Dew I think is the worst. I don't know why, but thats what my dentist says. I think the acid in soft drinks eats the enamel off your teeth.

the subject that makes comfortable drinks undesirable to your the teeth isn't possibly the sugar (I mean, orange juice has extra sugar than a coke). it relatively is the acid. All carbonated drinks have carbonic acid (from the carbon dioxide it is dissolved in the water), and maximum of them even have the two citric or phosphoric acid. All of those acids consume away on the the teeth on your the teeth. in case you drink comfortable drinks, and are in touch approximately your the teeth, you will desire to rinse with water after ingesting them, or brush your the teeth after ingesting them. the main deadly subject to your the teeth is to sip on cokes (or weight loss application cokes) all day long. while you're continuously ingesting comfortable drinks, your the teeth are doomed.

it's not nearly as bad for your teeth. artificial sweetener doesn't cause cavities like sugar does. the only really bad thing i think may be some discoloration if you drink a lot.

With food in general, I think it's usually better to have the one with more fat (even though it looks less healthy) because it tastes better. Not to mention, there's usually chemicals they add to get rid of the bad-looking stuff (like fat or calories).
