It could be many things, even as simple as you are not sleeping well, being depressed, or not having enough iron/calcium in your diet, or need to do some exercise.... or could be a serious disease! So got to the doctor and get some tests done to find the real reason!
I was feeling the same way a couple of months ago and everything was found ok, but I was too stressed. The doctor recommendation was: 30min. walking at least 3 times a week, eat well and drink lost of water. I did it and started feeling better.

Charles, you should be strong. If not, you have a medical problem. Check in with a medical doctor asap. Hope its not AIDS.
Or, maybe you should improve your diet. Do you eat well? Eat meat and vegetables and get some sunshine and some exercise. Walk, walk, walk. Drink water. And, no illigal drugs and no smoking. You should be fine.

Too much time spent online & snacking on the junk food.
Turn computer off. Eat a healthy meal. And go take a walk outdoors.

My weakness came from my good cholesteral being too low they gave me something called niaspan & now I feel great.. I used to break a sweat just walking to my garage & back Not now

drink milk or eat youghurt every day for about a month and u will see the results... continue if ur satisfied...
