6 corn tortillas 6 mice parboiled, stripped, boned, chopped, seasoned. 2-3 large red dried chilies soaked in water 5 min. l chopped green onion, cilantro for decorating. oil/onions. salt pepper to taste,
Make regular enchilada sauce by grinding the soaked chilies in the pot liquor, and straining well to separate the Chile skin from the Chile's red meat. Then, fry onions, throw sauce in for l minute. Set aside.
Heat tortillas on a greased skillet, drop into sauce until covered, pull out, then fill the sopping wet tortilla with about 2 -3 finely chopped or hand shredded roof rats, roll. Set rolls in a dish, line all six up. Pour remaining sauce on top. Decorate with any old cheese, l chopped green onion. Bake l5 min at 350

Yummy Rat Roles
Ingredients:
1tsp. overripe banana
1/8tsp. butterscotch flavored sundae topping
1/2tsp. (or more)toasted wheat germ
all-purpose flour as needed
Mash the banana, then mix with butterscotch syrup.
Spinkle with wheat germ and mix. Keep adding wheat
germ until the mixture is semi-firm.
Spinkle some flour on waxed paper and shape the dough
into the shape of a Tootsie Roll. Sprinkle with more flour
and cut the roll into slices, using flour to keep them from
sticking together. Give a slice to your rat!
You can wrap any left over "cookies" in waxed paper
and refrigerate them for up to four days,
or they can be frozen.

there are not recipes that uses totaly rat meat.
but its extensibly used as an "extender" in many fast foods restaurants.
I think that Mc Donalds doesn't use the tails. but the rest, mixed with cat meat, its part of the "original recipe".

First, get 3 live whole rats, Then fry them until they are toasty brown. After that, pick off the tails and whiskers and teeth, because they are not edible. Finally, you are ready for your meal!
ENJOY!
