what do guys look for in a grl? does personality count or is it all looks?

Personality is wat really counts. Looks is just secondary, though luks is wat makes a person ask for a date or watever, initially. But relationship lasts only bcoz of a girl's personality

Depends on what the guy want from the girl. Sex? Than anything goes for the guy. Love? Than everything plays a part. Looks, personality, attitude etc...

The things I look for are very plain looks, maturity, practicality, and open-mindedness. A lot of it's personality with the outward appearance conforming to that personality. I really don't prefer any one physical feature over another. My preference is for how a woman presents the part of her appearance that she has control over.

personality is what you can see in a person without having to know her.
Character is what real about a person.
Most boys go after looks as they are attracted towards prettier girls. When faced with girls more or less equally pretty, we can hold and try to see what each person is like, and then make a choice.

yes personality does count........
But physical attraction in my eyes is key to finding someone that would instill desire in my heart.....
As a girl you probably realize that when you see an attractive guy,
your heart might begin to race..... you feel nervous, anxious
and probably feel in general all funny inside.....
Well these feelings = Desire to be with that person
Desire can lead to passion.........
Passion and desire can turn into love and devotion
Love and devotion in time, can blossum into True Love
Isn't what we all desire????
So in your case if you are a good person (inside) assuming you are........
Then your outside will radiate this to a guy that is interested in you......
Thus you need do nothing but wait for a guy that desires to be with you....

Oh sweetheart, that answer will be as varied as the guys answering it. We are all individuals. In general though, it is said men fall in love through their eyes, women through their ears. But even with that, what looks good to one guy won't to another, just as what sounds good to one girl won't to another. And that only references initial attraction - relationships are based on how another person makes you FEEL, and that's about personality. Don't worry about it, be yourself, and let the right boys find you.

Its a combination of both, but in the long run a woman's personality is far more important because looks fade with age.

personality is always a factor, as is good looks, good looks will tend to come first on the basis that you can see someone across a room and know they are good looking and you can be attracted to that person, but you cant look across a room and know someone has a good personality
