do you know where i can get a AVC (serving alcohol) license in Dover Delaware?

Ive googled and ask.com'ed and tried every thing else i really need to get that license for my job.

i took the class 4 years ago and all i can remember is that its in dover delaware. my purse was stolen with mmy card it in and i dont have the number to the place. anyone know where its at wat time and all that hoopla?
