First, under no circumstances should you do any ab exercises in the first several months after giving birth. Your ab muscles most likely separated in the middle to accommodate your baby. If you work those muscles too much before they close up you could damage them permanently. After I had my first baby I was complaining that I still looked 6 months pregnant when I stood, but I was much flatter when I laid down. My aunt (who has had 4 kids) said she experienced the same thing with her first 2 but wore something like a girdle after the second 2. She said she looked normal much faster with the second 2. And if you think about it, it makes sense. Everything is stretched: muscles, ligaments, skin, tissue holding your organs in place, etc. And gravity is fighting against all of those things. When you take gravity out of the equation your body has one less thing to fight against when trying to spring back into shape. I went out and bought something that went around my stomach from my hips to my ribs and hooked up the front. It was so amazing to see how deep my belly button was in the morning and then see how deep it was at night when I took it off. It was a noticeable difference! I wore it for almost 4 months. It was even more satisfying to go from an XXL to an XL to a L before I stopped wearing it. Hope this helps.

After child birth it takes about a month or so for your uterus to go back to its normal size. So you will naturally have a bigger tummy until that goes down. Depending on how big you got makes a difference too. Sometimes skin doesnt always go back to the way it was. You could have saggy skin.

hard artwork is a lot greater extreme then a era cramp. you sense them contained in a similar spots as your era for the main section. After squeezing out something the size of a watermelon, giving beginning to the placenta is elementary. Its no longer mandatory less complicated in case you have enormous hips. It has lots to do with the toddler itself besides .

It took 9 months to get it to this point, be patient and just keep going. Obvious things like diet and crunches and walking.
