I was just curious how she got her hair that way. I have brown hair and it is long and wavy. Just Wondering! Thanks!

you have to have layers and you curl them in locks i reccomend a big rod curling iron make sure and use ausie hair spray it works and if the curling iron doesnt work use curlers big rod curlers they work great it depends how your hair is just try both

hot curls. and hair spary. or u can get a perm. (a lose curl.)
