As a general rule of thumb, pasta doubles in size so one cup of uncooked pasta would yield 2 cups of cooked pasta. I don't know about weight though. Ounces are a weight measurement not a volume measurement.

When its cooked it does double in size. I cooked 2 oz and it looked more like 2 cups after I cooked it and covered my whole plate. Just saying.

Depends upon the shape. 2 oz. of dry bowties or rotini wll make more volume than 2 oz of dry elbow macaroni.
