How do you set up an SBC Yahoo Account for FIREBIRD Mail on a MAC?

Just downloaded FIREBIRD for my Mac. What is this incoming and outcoming stuff with mail.example.net and stmp.example.net? I don't understand? There is also POP and STMP or something. Please Help

If you have the free Yahoo mail, you cannot do it. They reduced that service to pay accounts only. if you have the pay yahoo account, the pop is pop.yahoo.com & smtp.yahoo.com. but logging into your yahoo account and searching for the info shold give you more detail.
