First, Stop!
Relax and collect myself, processing the information I had witnessed.
Then ... Accept the possibility there is something I do not know about the situation, the knowing of which could change everything in my perspective. The "what if's" are inevitably runnning through my mind, and I need to stop that, so I focus on the silence, or on an area of space, or my inner being, and centre myself.
Then ... Knock on the door calmly. When it is answered, I get my partner's attention and ask if I may enter. If at any point she dumps me I simply walk away, fully accepting of the situation. as another answerer mentioned, there's no point making a scene. It wouldn't change our relationship anyway. If she provides me with a rational explanation I would deal with it there and then.
Do not walk away. The build up of anger and prejudice would destroy one or both of you. Also, do not bash the guy your partner is with. He could be as innocent about the whole situation as the room service attendant or hotel manager (unless she's doing them too lol). Also Do not bash your partner. That's the person you were in love with before you found out. Doesn't that mean anything to you, even if it doesn't to her?
In any case, if you attack anyone, 2 things will happen.
1) they will likely charge you with assault, or worse.
2) your relationship with your partner will be beyond repair.
All we can do is decide how to spend the time we have. What good could come from worrying about what might happen. Live here and now! Pay attention to the miracle of life. BE!

confrom her - ask her what the hell was she doing in a hotel room with guys.
think about it this way you should have a open enough marriage that you two can discuss things openly that and the fact that IF she did sleep around you are at risk from getting a STD....and if she wants out of the relationship she might turn around and blame you for giving it to her. you're worth more than being lied to and cheated on.....get some balls!!

I would knock on the door and wait for one of them to open it or better yet go down to the front desk and say you locked your key in the room and get another one then barge in on them, or just sit out infront of the door and wait for them to come out. Embarss the wife then beat them all up

if it was me i would knock on the motel door when the guy answers tell him your here to get your wife and if the guy knows shes married i`d beat his a** but if he dont take my wife out drop her off in the middle of no where and leave her b**ch a** thier

I would stop them at the door, address him, say to him "Oh you poor man... you must be very desperate to be having sex with my wife, please take these twenty dollars and get your self a decent lay at that "Whore" house just down the street".
