LIST OF KRAFT PRODUCTS THAT DO NOT CONTAIN SOURCES OF GLUTEN :
Issued Date: July 6, 2000 Supersedes: Dec. 2, 1996
Based on information and assurances that we have obtained from companies who supply the ingredients we use in our products, the following products are made with ingredients that do not contain gluten. Please continue to carefully read the ingredient statements on all food labels to obtain the most accurate ingredient information for the specific products you select at the time of purchase. If wheat is used as an ingredient, it will always be declared in the ingredient line.
If a product you are interested in does not appear on the list, it may still be appropriate for you to consume. We recommend that you base your decision on the ingredient line and your personal experience. If you want to be conservative, assume that a source of gluten may be present.

Hey, look, someone who is awake in this land of the walking dead. You are right my dear. Read The Jungle; it will have more answers for you. Sometimes the best thing is to look at the beginning. And while the monsters may be giants, we still have power. Things are pretty simple. You just have to understand the infrastructure. Shampoo and lotions and most cosmetic products are all detergents and petroleum. It's cheaper to make it into "product" then to dispose of it. I learned this just from the introduction page of American Theocracy. Also learned from a book I have Profession & Monopoly that the American Medical Association institutionalized medicine and monopolized the industry. So, alternative, as they call it...or natural healing was illegal for a while. Still is somewhat. Doctors hwere are quite simple....drug salesman. Not healers. 1,000 choices of nothing. Never stop looking for answers, and read every day even if it is only a couple pages! It gives me hope to see what you posted. Nice to have people on the same team. It's time for grassroots movements. Corporations don't understand art; it's how real people communicate.

Remember this word: BROW. That is an acronym for Barley, Rye, Oats, and Wheat. All starches that contain gluten, and should be avoided.
When reading a foods label, if you see any derivative of any of those 4 starches, put it back. It will contain gluten.
Look for starches made of rice and corn instead.
