Possibly is that you look better with it spiked or it could be her way of making you hers. Making you look good makes her feel good about the person she's with.
Girls don't always have to style their mans hair but it's fun and it's a bonding moment ;).

its a girl thing my daughter fixes the boys hair around here all the time. just let ur do it unless u dont like it spiked, but spiked hair does look good on guys, just remember that.

maybe cuz spiked hair at the back is hot.She probably is just trying to tell you to style your hair like that.And styling people' s hair can be fun
