Sopapilla Cheesecake

2 cans crescent rolls
1-8oz cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Spread crescent rolls on bottom of 9x13 pan. Blend sugar,
vanilla, and cream cheese. Spread cream cheese mixture
on bottom layer of rolls. Take the other package of rolls and
spread on top of the cream cheese. Sprinkle with mixture of
1/2 c. sugar, 1 tsp. cinnamon and 1 stick of butter (melted).
Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.



2 (8 ounce) cans crescent rolls
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
1 cup sugar
Topping
1/2 cup butter, melted
3/4 cup sugar
cinnamon

Preheat oven to 350.
In an 8 x 11 dish, unroll 1 can of crescent rolls, making 1 solid layer.
Cream together 1 cup sugar and cream cheese. Pour over crescent rolls.
Unroll other can of crescent rolls to form top crust. Pour melted butter over top of crescent rolls.
Sprinkle with cinnamon and 3/4 cup of sugar.
Bake in 350 oven until crescent rolls are done.

Ingredients
3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 pkg. crescent rolls
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 t. vanilla
1 stick butter, melted

Topping:
1/2 c. sugar
2 t. cinnamon

Directions
Unroll 1 pkg. of crescent rolls in the bottom of a greased 13x9 pan.
Whip cream cheese, sugar and vanilla and spread over crescent rolls.
Top with second pkg. crescent rolls.
Pour melted butter over crescent rolls and top with sugar and cinnamon mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Comments
This recipe can be made with only 1 pkg. of cream cheese and 3/4 c. of sugar.
