Like drowning all the babies in Noah's flood. He felt so bad over that lack of temper control that he gave us the rainbow to atone for the sin and promised never to kill everybody by using the drowning method again. The Bible mentions several other times where God repents. But who forgives him his sins? Who died for his redemption?

God doesn't sin, maybe in our eyes he does. But he has a plan for everything he does. Noah's flood, God drowned all the "bad people" the bible doesn't tell us everything to a T. Possibly God could have saved the babied, it just was not mentioned in the bible.
God is as confusing as trying to teach a gold fish in a bowl how to drive a stick shift car. Impossible. We cannot comprehend.

god does not sin and therefore does not need to repent. When it uses the word 'repent' in the OT it is refering to 'regret' God regretted that he did this or that or allowed this or that. You have to understand the KJ version english. its a little archaic at times.
It may seem like God does wrong when people die. But, God gave the people in Noahs day 120 years to repent and get right with Him. They did not. and Judgment came. Today we have the Bible, and a clear message. If we fail to repent and get right with God our judgement will also be coming...

God cant sin. He has changed His mind, but the people of the floor were warned many years before the flood, to no avail.

God can't sin or fail those are two things he can't do and he gave the rainbow as a sign of that he would never destroy the earth by water agian the next time it would be fire

Can God sin? I mean, as far as I know sin is breaking the law of God, and I don't know that God is under the law. Therefore I don't know that he actually can sin.

He doesnt have to repent, he did no wrong.
And technicly cannot do wrong since he is the creator of everything that is and will ever be, whatever he decides, well he decides... who are we to say anything about it.
