Only if it's sustained physical activity for over 30 minutes. That means no laying on your back moaning "Ooh baby, yeah.. right there". Be active. Get one of those swings or something.

It does because it increases oxygen consumption and stimulates blood flow to all of the muscle groups involved.Even doctors will tell you that this is a good form of exercise. And it helps that you don't have to get up and get dressed to go to the gym (at least I hope not).
So you have oxygen consumption (cardio) and increased circulation (vascular)
Therefore it's cardiovascular work.

cardio works super muscle mass repetitively (alongside with how working makes use of your super leg & arm muscle tissues and swimming makes use of the finished physique). intercourse does no longer generally use substantial muscle mass (or a minimum of in an entire variety of action the way that those examples do). what proportion energy you're burning for the time of intercourse somewhat relies upon on too many factors. it somewhat is like asking "does walking burn an excellent sort of energy?" It relies upon on your velocity, distance, length, intensity, etc. yet one ingredient for helpful is it honestly helps and is between the main suitable issues for you. wish this helps!

No, it doesnt. There enough motion and time in sex to be considered cardio. You wont even near burn half the calories you would by running.

While it is indeed a good workout, it does not count as cardio.

Only if your heart rate reaches your target heart rate for at least 20 minutes.

but remember - the more actual cardio you do [ie. running swimming biking] the more enjoyable your sex cardio will be.
