I asked a question on here a few hours ago and listed FACTS to support my argument. Yet all the cons could do was claim I was lying. Yet they didn't post anything that backed up their claims. Why is that?

I know I called John Skerry a neo-con butt pirate. And I would like to say that I'm sorry for it. But that would be lying. I agree with him on a few points, but outside of that, he's one of those that rehashed the same party line no matter how often those pesky facts get in the way. I was also having a bad day.

Outside of that, nearly all of my arguments are backed up by facts. Ones that can actually be checked out by non-partisan means.

I hate everyone equally. Just the way I am.

Actually, I agree with you. We need to get out of Iraq, and go back to Afghanistan and track down al -Queda. But of course, we can't go into Pakistan without starting WW3. Chalabi was proven to be lying through his teeth and was taken off the CIA payroll, but whether he was punished in any kind of way, I don't know and seriously doubt.

The simple answer is that all of you are fooled and disillusioned. All of your congressional leaders conspire to divide the american public while they secretly split up your tax money amongst themselves. So while the american public argues about issues that most people feel the same way about, we focus less on what our politicians are doing behind the scenes. The democrats and repbublicans collectively work towards dividing the amercian public.

i'm not sure who you mean when you say "cons", but theres people of all types that dont care about facts these days. no matter what race, color, creed, or politics someone belongs to, there's stupid people in every group. not much we can do about it. the thing that bugs me is when people arent allowed to voice a different opinion.

i.e. when someone says that the war in iraq is stupid, there will always be someone there waiting to say that "you side with the terrorist" or you're "anti-american".
the USA was founded by men who were sick of someone else's B.S. and fought back, and when any of us, democrat, republican, or otherwise, doesnt voice his opinion, no matter who he might piss off, we're all losing out.

I'm trying to visualize exactly what a "butt pirate" is, but all I get is an image of George Bush with parrot droppings all down his front...

It is the fact that cons and others in the US can not accept responsabilaty for when they screw up. We are in a country that teachs nothing is our fault and to blame others and that is very wrong

lol

Least they posted again to prove you right. I personally enjoy when they accuse Dems of name calling in the same sentence they just threw some insulting name out for Dems.

Classy.

When you refer to someone as a "loser neo-con butt pirate" you tend to lose any credibility with that subset of humanity.

It's kinda hard to read facts when your head is all the way up your ***.

Or are liberals so racist and biased to their baseless opinions that they refuse to see anything else?

Maybe that's the case.
