Ok. You're 100 lbs. Your hips can't be that big. I'm a horseback rider--trust me, I know big hips.
Anyways- if you really want to hide them, dark colored bermuda shorts (perferably not form fitting--a looser fit but NOT baggy) work well. Yoga is an excellent, excellent way to get rid of inner hip fat and horseback riding has gotten my legs to be rock solid. Women naturally have big hips, it's a good thing. Men find it attractive. Don't worry about it!

Be aware of what you eat, and go for a 20 minute walk after school, and you won't have to worry about hiding your Flabby thighs, as they will melt away as you walk every day.
20 minutes a day is not a lot from 24 hours.
