It depends how old he is...children learn to talk at different speeds.
My son had trouble speaking up untill around 3 we had to go to speech therapy. When he went to nursery he came on leaps and bounds and now i can't shut him up !!!
But go to the docs or ask your health visitor if your worried.....x

First of all, How old is he? My son have 3 1/2 and now he is starting to talk with a little help of a speech therapy and Early Intervention programs in my County. he had hearing problems and that's why he started to talk now. If you are really worried take him with his doctor and ask him for Early Interventions Programs in your area. Good Luck!!
