For one thing u have to get over being shy... and beleive u me it could take yrs. i know from past experience brother.. U just have to do it for the brotherhood & all your buds. And just go to her and ask her out man. all she can do is say yes or no and if your a happening dude then yr in like flynn..

Just tell her staight out that you want to go out with her and wait and see what she tells you. Get her into the mood of saying yes.

Be brave, be natural and ask her to go out with you. The worst that can happen is, she'll say no.
