Drink lots of water. exercise. even walking is good for you and cut back on sugars, bad carbs and anything with non natural sugar in it. Now you stated that you wanted to lose weight quickly, how quickly? i've lost 40 pounds in 5 monts, by doing just what i mentioned above. I also eat 6 small meals and snacks as opposed to 3 large meals. You have to find what works for you and stick with it. I had been at the 35 pound mark for 2 weeks and then boom, 5 more this week came off. Also dont weight every day. I weight 2 times a week as to not get depressed if i havent lost what i think i should. I also eat alot of fresh fruit and vegetables and have cut way back on the butter. sauces and anything starchy. I lost 65 pounds doing the Atkins Diet. I lost 45 pounds in the first 4 to 5 months and the rest over another 8 months or so. As with any diet you must stick with it or the weight will come back on and you do not want to lose weight too quickly but the popular Atkins Diet did it for me and the book is in most libraries and it is cheap enough to buy in paperback at the bookstore.

Anytime you lose weight quickly, it ends up coming right back on. Doing it slowly will keep it off in the long run.

Reading this I want to share something because I spent many years going from diet to diet without acheiving any real results until I discovered Pams magic plan (i found it on google). It is without a doubt the best weight loss that I have ever had and i have kept it off to this day.

eating fiber rich cereals twice daily and having a good supper before 7pm eat lots of lettuce cabbage celery corn red onions garlic....drink lots of water and excercise... there is this one African made product that helps one to lose weight its called sorba it doesnt taste very well but it will do the trick also good luck
