how d you get to different levels on this thin because i am new and i do not know anything except for giving advice to people so plezzzzzzz answer me ? :(

its about adding up points, which really means nothing by the way.
the more points you get, the higher your level goes. you get points by answering questions (2), voting on questions(1), and getting best answers(10). when you ask a question, you get -5 points.
the level you're at will allow you to only answer so many Q's a day, until you hit a higher level. thats a way that yahoo can kinda make sure that you cant just come on here and start giving BS answers continuously (meaning vulgar, or racist answers or something, which you'll see people doing sooner or later). if you've been around enough to get to higher levels, and they havent booted you, they know you're not a nutcase, so you can answer more questions.
in the end though, none of it really matters. lol.

I like to help u indeed . if u wish more marks then the only way is to start answering questions , as answers are more reliable and sincere u will score more points. and so on . in case u ask u will loose . that is according to Y rules
