Probably one of several things.
It could be that they are unattainable by you, at this time because of your lifestyle.
Or maybe it is the fact that they have and try to uphold, wholesome, moral, Biblical values.
This means that they believe in marrying only other true Christians,
they believe in no sexual actions before marriage,
and only sex within said marriage,
they know homosexuality is wrong,
they stand up for what is right.
Maybe it is because they try to dress modestly,
they do not think to be dressed well equates being dressed like a tramp.
More than likely it is because they know something most people do not take the time to know and that is what the Bible teaches.
If you really can see how beautiful they are maybe you should try to find out what they know.

*Edited* It's not because of those reasons below that the person mentioned. Being a preachy religionist is a turn off to most people. Nobody wants to hear anybody's ideas on theology except other backwards, uptight theologians. This is from somebody that's dated a Jehovah's Witness, a non denominational Christian and an 3 atheists. The Jehovah's Witness was the preachiest, most uptight and most closed minded girl I ever went out with. She threatened to leve me unless I went to church with her.
I dumped her preachy *** and got myself a nice atheist woman who isn't preachy and actually has real morals. She doesn't harshly judge anybody, she is compassionate and caring because she naturally is, not because some book tells her to be and she wouldn't stop talking to her best friend unless he did things that were really wrong, like raping a child or committed fraud.
JW Women may seem nice because in general, they may not cheat, they will not steal, they will not try to stab you in the back. All good things, however, think of the tradeoffs....
You're getting a woman that believes that donkeys talk, how sharks were originally vegetarians, how blood transfusions are wrong even during life or death and how her religion's parent company should be obeyed no matter what.
Don't kid me by saying that Witnesses go by the Bible. If you really went by what the bible said, people wouldn't have been disfellowshipped back in the 80's for denying the generations teaching, which was later discarded in the 90's. BTW, those people that were disfellowshipped for doubting the generations teachings in the 80's are still disfellowshipped, all for being correct about the bible before the WT society was correct about the bible.
Disfellowshipping means that somebody's not allowed to speak you in your church unless it's a life or death situation.
I actually go up to disfellowshipped people and talk to them whenever I see my JW family because most of these people are being treated like total dogcrap for things that are really inconsequential in the affairs of other people.
BTW, since when is exclusionism a "Bible Standard?"

Because we are modest in our dress and behaviour.
Jesus said that his followers would be "no part of the world".As Christ's disciples we try to avoid being influenced by the fashions and other trends such as piercings and tattoos.We are ministers of Jehovah God 24/7 and our dress,grooming and behaviour needs to reflect that.
