Newest thing is when I pass people tha hate me I hear a loud erie voice saying cursed, sometimes with specfics and then 1 to 2 weeks later it comes true.

Nice no real answers, at least I thought maybe someone with some experience would respond, its like I am bewteen the astral or dream world and reality at the same time. There are 30 known dimesions who is to say how we intereact with. Also if there are 30 that means there are more we are just not bright enough to understand then yet. It is interesting as people evolve they are sent to a mental F or recommended to go there.

You are what is known as a "latent psychic" or "psi aborning". If you have a strong "empathy" (being able to feel others' emotions and energy from emotions). Being able to know things before they happen is "precognition" or "premonition". These are much more common than people, in general, care to admit and is as much a part of us as we are of them. The word "psychic" stems from the Greek word "psyche" meaning "(of the) mind", and it has such a stigma attached that people will often automatically attribute it to mental illnesses before fully exploring the possibilities that it is an "anomalous phenomena".
Also bear in mind that it might not be purely "paranormal" in nature. There might also be a "mental condition", which are usually from traumatic events or a high degree of hurt in one's life. I think they're frequently referred to as "familiar voices". It's the mind's way of projecting outwards and affects the "mindset"....I won't go into technical details. Takes too long.

Sounds lke schizoaffective disorder to me. Odd that you only hear it when walking past people that hate you.
Just to rule out disease or trauma, I'd have a neurologist do a scan and check your corpus collosum. That's the tissue that connects both halves of the brain. If this area has been damaged in some way by infection, stroke, trauma, a person can experience their own thoughts as external auditory hallucinations.
Aftre making sure you're health isn't at risk, then you might want to get in touch with a "Hearing Voices Network." It's a much more common experience than you'd think and support groups are out there who take the position you aren't crazy and it's an experience that has meaning for you that you need to come to terms with. Around those that are evil the devil and his followers abound. You may be hearing those beings when you are close to those who allow them to be their constant companions because you are trying to follow God. Pray for protection and for the Lord to send some one to you that can help you. Be prepared for help to come by means you might not be aware of and pray to recognize it when it does arrive. When it comes remember that that I am telling you that the Lord sends witnesses (your help) in groups of two or more. Read your scriptures daily and stay in the company of good righteous people. There have been two people my paths crossed with that I was terrified of and I did not even know them. I later found out one was the Madame of the local whorehouse and the other was a young man who walked past me while at Disney World. I believe he must have been an evil person from the feelings I had. What I am saying is to trust in your feelings, it is the Holy Ghost guiding and warning you. This is of course if you are not just leading us on.

You are probably hearing activities from the spirit world. I don't know what brings this on, but i have experienced this along with the visual and i was horrified and i asked God to take this from me and i haven't had a problem with this since. Ask God for help and guidence and the Lord may help you directly or send you someone who can help.

you don't like the answers your getting because you think they don't understand you or they are outside of your realm.
That's all good and fine but you did ask and as you see most people told you to seek help you see many things can cause this so please seek help i know how you feel my wife used to feel this way she had a brain tumor she could not be saved from this but maybe you can at least i hope you can

If you're loco, if you are just playing with our minds, seek help.
If you have a gift, do not be afraid. Very few people are privileged to have it. Pray for guidance. It will come.

The Supernatural does exist and if this is happening to you then you may need deliverance from the occult. Find a good spirit filled church and get help!
