Because most men DON'T want sex all the time... they just want you to think they do. Because that's a stereotype. Because they THINK about it all the time, but they're too lazy to actually DO it with you... after all you require more sweetening up than Madam Palm and her five lovely daughters. Because he's tired. Because he's overworked. Because he's taking you for granted. Because he's unbalanced, and he only wanted to give you the good stuff to show off while you were first dating, and now he's not as interested because he thinks you're a sure thing. Because he's got something medically wrong with him. Because you nag and it irritates him and he doesn't want to by the time you've finished nagging. Because he's a jerk. Because he's getting it elsewhere.
I could go on. There's a million possible reasons. Try to talk to him. If it doesn't work, and it really bothers you, it might be time to give him a miss.
In my experience, though, ALL guys "show off" and give you the best of their Sweet Lovin during the first couple of months of having sex with you. After that, they all allow it to become a chore, perfunctory. Surprise him with a fantasy of his, something simple, like lingerie or plastic wrap or ice cubes or something. That'll get his attention.

Most men only THINK they like to have sex ALL the time! There are much more important things to consider in a relationship! I agree that every three weeks seems extreme, but you're not going to know why unless you discuss it with him.

It depends on how long you have been in the relationship for. Maybe you two have just built up a routine. Try doing something different but I will warn you right now it won't mean sex everyday for the rest of your life because that spice will eventually turn into a routine

There are many men that are absolutly less passionate then others, this whole myth that men are suppose to be horn dogs is not true in many cases. My ex was the same way once a week was good for him. Hey, talk to him and inform him that you love passion and to be shown by actions how much they care for you, so screw him if he doesn't screw you, ha ha ha Good Luck and take it easy...

Some people have lower sex drives than others. My parents divorced when I was little and my mother has told me that my dad had a very low sex drive among his many other faults; my dad says that my mom is a nympho-maniac.

Some boys are just like that. We get fed up with girls complaing about us all the time and we think, well either you come for it or I don't care. Men like to feel loved and desired too; just in a slightly different way.

The question is how often do you want it. Every 3 weeks does seem strange to me but if you like, keep him.

Hungry is the sweetest sauce. The more you have the less you get. But 3 weeks, come on!
