Well, I'm sure it is good for you and if you ate only those capsules for a month and nothing else I'll bet you'll lose weight, but there is no magic pill, that is for sure. And why spend the money on expensive pills when you can go to Walmart and buy Fish Oil Omega 3 for about five bucks a bottle?

I checked out the site, and the omega 3 pills seem like a good deal, plus there is no after taste, and they claim to be pure
