old, emotionally unavailable, too busy or physically unattractive to me. Where are the men who are still young at 53 and take care of themselves?

Try and find someone who is 23, not 53.

In your shoes I would re-evaluate what is more important than physical attraction. To me these would be: physical health (don't want to marry someone for a few years to wipe his butt for the rest of our years), financial security (don't want to spend my retirement supporting somebody that didn't plan well), ex-wives and stepkids (it will make holidays a bear), credit score( don't want to need a car/house and can't get one because of their bad credit). These things are more important than physical attractiveness.
