What should u be drinking and eating or doing to keep the white part of ur eye clear.

drink a lot of water ro flush out your system sleep as much as possible and eat carrots

Drink plenty of water, take vitamin supplements, and wear sunglasses when you are outside. There are other environmental factors that cause redness in your eyes that you should avoid if you can, such as allergies, smoke, etc.. Also get your 8 hours of rest!

Make sure you get enough sleep. Lack of sleep often makes eyes red. (and as everyone else said, don't smoke or anything) Also you may want to stay away from irritants - if you have allergies, staying away from what you are allergic too should help.

Actually, avoiding alcohol and things putting you at risk for liver disease are the only ways to keep them from yellowing. If your eyes are frequently red, stay off the marijuana, or else get treated for conjunctivitis, whether it is caused by allergies or contagious illness. ;)

dont be come jaundice........ drink lots of water , eat healthy foods veggies fruits. ur eye whites shouldnt really change colour blood shot is one thing if ur not sleeping well but if they do turn yellow or some other shade seek prof. help

Lots of water and leave alcholic beverages alone!!! Maybe get checked for allergy problems!
