It used to be when an illegal crossed the border and got his first job, he was in heaven, things are different now, the government is all of the sudden in forcing illegal immigration and the illegals are few and far between. The government is responsible for the run on this country, for years Mexican illegally immigrated here, and the government did nothing, but welcome them. Then just like overnight it all changed and they started busting them. If the government would have done the right thing in the first place we wouldn't have any of these problems to deal with now. It's very sad, these are good people that just want a better life, for themselves and their families, and they are willing to work for it! Yes , they will all go to heaven.

It is a sin not to follow the laws of the land, and it is a sin to steal.

I don't know that earthly borders are the main concern in the determination of who goes to heaven, but you will have to seek a higher authority on that point. I'm all for repentance and redemption, but that means true repentance, which means being willing to make it right.

However, the Bible does say that people should not spend life fomenting rebellion and breaking the law in this life, but instead focus on how they are doing towards achieving their goals in the next, if that helps.

Well, since the bible says to "OBEY the laws of the land",and since these people are coming here ILLEGALLY,then YES it's a sin!!!! Because when they SNEAK in,they are NOT obeying the laws!!!!
The bible also says,"give unto Ceasar that which is Ceasar's, and unto God that which is God's". This means if taxes are OWED,then they should be paid. Since most illegals do NOT pay federal and state taxes, this ALSO is a sin!!!!
Since a majority of illegals use STOLEN social security numbers, this is ALSO a sin!!! (One of the Ten Commandments, "thou shalt not steal)

Religion and politics don´t mix. That´s why you can choose between a non-religious civil ceremony or a church wedding. God has nothing to do with illegal immigration. All those who truly repent for their sins go to heaven, illegal or not.

Great Question! Probably the best place to look for that answer is in the Bible.
Throughout the Bible, we see people moving from place to another, with little regard for national boundaries. In Genesis chapter 3, we see Adam & EWve leaving the Garden of Eden. In Genesis chapter 12, we see the begining of God mighty works through the Hebrew people as God calls Abraham to leave his home in Haran and move to the land of Canaan (modern-day Israel & Palestine)
The book of Exodus is all about how God used Moses to lead the Hebrew people out of econmic slavery in Egypt to the land of Israel, and the 40-year immigration across the Sinai desert.
In Ezra & Nehemiah, we see God calling the Hebrew people back to rebuild Israel, after a 70-year exile in Babylon (modern-day Iraq).
In the New Testament, we see Jesus crossing borders as he goes into non-Jewish area such as Samaria & Lebanon.
Also, Paul - the writer of much of the New Testament was born in Tarsus (modern-day Turkey) was a Roman citizen, and traveled freely from one country to another, preaching & supporting himself by sewing tents & selling them.
Under the restrictions of our current immigration policy, Abraham, Jesus & Paul would all be considered illegal immigrants!
Finally - to answer your question about can illegal immigrants get into heaven: According to the Bible, entrance to heaven is not based on our actions, but on faith in Jesus Christ. That is good news for all of us, because everyone of us has messed up in our lives, made mistakes and done things that are not what God would have planned for us. Because of that, none of us deserve to spend eternity with a God who is completely perfect. But God loves us so much that he gives grace & forgiveness to all who will admit that they are less than perfect, ask forgiveness, believe in Jesus Christ, and give their lives to his leadership and direction.

You shall not oppress an alien; you well know how it feels to be an alien, since you were once aliens yourselves in the land of Egypt. (Exodus 23:9)

The émigré Holy Family of Nazareth, fleeing into Egypt, is the archetype of every refugee family. Jesus, Mary and Joseph, living in exile in Egypt to escape the fury of an evil king, are, for all times and all places, the models and protectors of every migrant, alien and refugee of whatever kind who, whether compelled by fear of persecution or by want, is forced to leave his native land, his beloved parents and relatives, his close friends, and to seek a foreign soil. (Exsul Familia, Pope Pius XII, 1952)

"Give me your tired, your poor, Your huddled masses yearning to breathe free, The wretched refuse of your teeming shore. Send these, the homeless, tempest-tost to me, I lift my lamp beside the golden door!" (The Statue of Liberty)

The earth, this country, everything we have are gifts from God, which we are called to share with our brothers and sisters in Christ.

With love in Christ.

Most americans have migratred from different countries...

Native americans think the laws are hypocracy...

The Aztecs have travelled back and forth from North America and Central America for thousands of years. ( Most southwestern Native american languages are derived from the Aztec language)

Why and what kind of God would care about imaginary borders?

Religion kills...
