Nothing is impossible if you set your mind to doing it.
With languages your best bet would be to practice, practice and more practice!
Never let it go. I learnt 5 languages, Arabic was one of them, it's not easy, in fact, Arabic grammar is known to be difficult.
But then it would depend on your purposes, if you only need to speak it, it won't be difficult for you to learn. It's all a matter of putting the time and effort, just as you would do learning any other language.
I'm not sure where you can learn it in Dubai, look it up in google.

The Arabic language is not that difficult , I worked with a lot of foreigners who learned Arabic in few months , they were so expressive for themselves and we have no difficulty in understanding them .

it's easy if u were born speaking it but for forgings it's one of the toughest languages to learn in the world, and u'll never get the pronunciation right
