I dont know about green tea, but if you want to lose weight, here are some tips: Dont drink alchohal, it makes you gain weight.
Get sugarless fruit drinks, and drik a ton of water(this will also improve your skin). Exercise every day, but start off taking long walks, rather than jogging, it will help you lose more weigh without jiggling your insides. Try to limit your bread products, and how much butter yu eat. If you want to do this, you really need to have will power, so throw out all the junk food in your house. Instead of starving yourself, try to prepare good meals for yourself, meat, vegetables, and you dont always have to have a desert after lunch and dinner. If you dont have time to prepare 3 sqare meals for yourself everyday, eat only when you are hungry, and if you are on the go, grad an apple instead of a candy bar. back to exercise, power walking and lightly jump roping will be a great help. you can also get a membership at your local gym, and its fun because you can watch tv while you are excercising. good luck!

You are never going to lose weight by consuming. Well unless it some experiential drug. However diet iced tea can be a great replacement for sugary drinks which can help you lose weight but you only lose weight when working out. Hope this helps.

Here is what you need to do, if you are serious about losing weight and keeping it off. Eat 6 small meals a day about every 4 hours. Here what that will do for you, your metabolism will increase (i.e. Loose weight) and you will have more engry. If you go on a diet and eat less, your metabolism will slow down and store to fat. That is why diets dont work. Only the size of your fist, carbs (examples:baked potato, pasta, oatmeal, beans, corn, melon, apples, fat free yogurt, whole wheat breads)in one and protien (examples:chicken breast, swordfish, shrimp, turkey breast) in the other. You can also eat vegetables and salads with any meal, they dont have none or little fat). 30min cardo exercise every day. Any of these(examples: walking, jogging, swimming,running, biking, ect), Monday cardo, tues upper body (arms: curls, tricep extensions,pull ups, front press)(abdominals: leg pull crunch, leg raises), (chest: bench press, butterfly, pullover)(shoulders: front press, arm pullover, cross county skier machine)(back:seated row, lat pull downs, back extension)(YOU DONT HAVE TO DO IN ONE DAY, mix it up) wed cardo, thurs lower body (legs: leg pull,leg press, squats, lounges) fri cardo, sat upper. Sunday eat anything you want and dont exercising, you do this on sunday so your body doesnt go into starvation mode. YOU NEED TO TAKE SUNDAY OFF. If you stilck with this you will have a great body. also drink aleast 8oz of water daily! Stay away from Mcdonals, Wendys, ect because there is nothing good for you on the menu's even the salads are bad (beaon bits, cheeze, dressing, ect) Good Luck :)

Green tea is green tea. Salada is good and they have other flavors with the tea too.

it's actually called 'red tea' it's a kind of green tea..but you wont loos weight fast - it just suports a good healthy diet where you should slowly loose weight and change your ways of eating and body exercise

One doesn't lose 50 pounds FAST. There is no miracle overnight weight loss program. If that were the case, would there seriously be any overweight people out there/
