which is more difficult - "women submit to your husbands" and "husbands love your wifes just as Christ loved you?" Christ died for us and we are supposed to do that for our wives. Think my dear.

This is going to sound sexist.. but.. YES i think they should. Have you noticed how much divorce rates have skyrocketed ever since women rights started booming? Now, I am not saying women should have any less rights then men, but the male is clearly the dominant species in a relationship. What you see these days is pussified, sissy, lame guys who seem more femine then the women they are with.

It all depends. If she wants to and that makes her happy, why not? I know a lot of men who are sumbmissive to their wives and they like it. The problem is when religion, or society imposes it on you and you only do it because "you have to" and are not happy with it inside (sooner or later it burns so much you take it out on somebody or yourself). It's not a matter of gender, it's about people feeling well and satisfied with their lives.

God's plan for our lives is perfect....to women, he says to submit to your husband (not to all men mind you), and to the me he says to love your wife just as Christ loves the church (Um, didn't he DIE for it?!?!)
I've seen this in action, and it is beautiful! The women can trust their husbands implicitly to do whatever is right, and to put hte wife's needs ahead of his own, and the husband knows that his wife will not be abusive or shrewish.

The bible says wives should submit to their husbands as the head of their family and husbands should submit also to their wives. A husband should love his wife as Christ loves the Church. I work outside my home, I raise my children with my husband and he is the head of our home as well as the spiritual leader. This does not mean, however, that a husband should rule over his wife as though he owns her. He is to love and respect her as he loves his own body.

Biblically, yes. However, biblically, men should love their wives as Christ loved the church and be willing to give his life to her just for the asking. See, the problem is alot of men conveniently forget that part.

Men and Women should be equal in relationships. They may have different responsibilities but, they should be considered equal partners.

Only to their husbands and the pastor. Submission doesn't mean being a door mat.

Only if they're in that mood at that moment.
Men could have such moods towards women too.
Taking turns might be fun now and then.
