I think it is natural and you just need to tell them they dont have one but you can say something like front bottom.
I heard this little rhyme i thought it was so sweet.
When God made little girls He made them out of lace
He never had enough so He left a little space,
When God made little boys He made them out of string
He had a little over so He left a little thing.

Hmmmmm. I always said that i would say the honest proper names for body parts but when my son asked me i couldnt tell him. I told him a 'nicer' name that my parents used when i was a kid. He was fine and accepted it, i did feel a bit daft for not telling him the real names but the words wouldnt come out.

Show him a DVD of Kindergarten Cop, with Arnie in it.
"Girls don't have willy's, girls have vagina's!"
"...and it's not a tumour..."
Two classic quotes from the film.

Personally, Ithink the boy should be given the strait honest answere. Proper names are not bad words, he should learn it's real name before he learns any slang terms for it.

no just tell him, if he's sensible enough to ask then he deserves to know sensibly (not some silly names though)
just thought i'd share this, my friend was changing her new girl baby's nappy when her 4yr son came in. he took one look at her and then started bawling .....he thought her 'willy' had fallen off!!!

Tell him its a vagina. And while you are at it, tell him that the proper name for a willy is penis.
