Why is it cool for girls to talk about all the kissing and sex stuff they did with their boy, but not ok 4 boys

ie post date the girl friends want to know everything, in 3d detail, feelings how lone and phtographic description of what occured.

But if the guys have a similar chat with the mates describing their girl, what she did, and her boobs etc...

its considered out of order...

Why is that?

good enough question, but you may be generalising a bit. not all girls kiss and tell in the detail you are suggesting, just like i hope there are decent enough men out there that have nothing to prove.

It's because guy's just don't talk about that kinda stuff. It's a guy thing. And it's not so much considered "out of order" as it is something that makes a guy look, well, not so manly. Many guys want to be manly around their friends. There're exceptions, though. Some guys are comfortable with talking about it with other guys. And of course a guy will talk about it with a girl.

For the same reason that It is OK for girls to go with other guys when they are dating or even living with you but If the guy does the same thing, he's a scum bag. Two sets of rules my friend and It's been that way for thousands of years, get used to It!

If you respect the girl then the decent thing to do (i hope of getting more ;) is to keep the details to yourself...BUT the others randoms that come in and out of your life you can have a good talk about with your mates...

i dont know but i guess because girls compare their emotions with their friends and some define how deeply they feel for a guy by the way he made them feel within that moment and girlfriends are the best to point that stuff out to each other. its not as acceptable when a guy does it coz' usually they do it to brag and they exaggerate. however i personally think physical encounters shouldn't be discussed to friends weather your a guy or girl.

i don't understand that either, it is normal to talk abou that and it should be equally for men and women... and well at least the women i know have no problem with the guys talking like that... it's all fine.. maybe it is just the thing that girls are easier embarrassed when they'r ebeing talked about, i don't know and it could be they think the way guys talk is more obscene but really it isn't it's all the same.

Because guys do it all the time and tend to be incredibly indiscreet and vulgar...

Also, girls unfairly get a 'bad' reputation for being sexually active whereas boys get a 'good' one for the same thing ... weird.

I think if one is allowed to talk so is the other. It's a 2 way street and if both of you aren't allowed to talk about it then neither should talk about it.

If your guy is willing to tell his friends it must be worth telling, so that would be a compliment.

In the code of gentlemen it is uncool to talk about your girl friend and what you do with them. Let the ladies stick to their code too. It keeps me on my toes and will never be lazy with my girl.

I don't consider that sort of discussion to be okay for either sex but then I'm old fashioned like that.
